Day three no phent went shopping and bought bag get smelled so good ate about 200 calories of it and really enjoyed the taste. Still a carb craver. Bought more turkey jerky fruit pickles. Walked just Finn to not hassle with 2 dog walk. Looking forward to my bread for breakfast tomorrow.
