I really need to get my @$$ back in gear!! I was doing extremely well with my diet and exercise, then crashed hard. I need to stop letting life get in the way of my goals. There's always time to squeeze in a little exercise. I need to stop making excuses.

I'm in the same boat! Since summer bbqs & parties are over, I need to get back into my regimen...and quit making excuses, which of course were all the summer bbqs & parties lol. We can do it! :)
