Wasn't in control of food for the weekend...was at a camp. Used portion control, but couldn't dictate the meal. Still did lots of hiking at elevation every day.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
