This morning I took my mile walk and got to start my day with bacon and eggs! I'm digging this idea of keto! I went grocery shopping and tried to get a bunch of veggies and frozen meat and fish. We'll see how this goes!
230.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 60.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
