Well, I had fallen off the wagon for a couple of weeks and was 1/2 doing the program and 1/2 not. But, I started back on track this past Monday on Phase 1 of EFS and I've dropped 2lbs. I have moved into a new building at work which has a huge parking lot in the back. I've been walking for a 1/2 hour every day this week and then go home and do 20 min on the eliptical, 20 min on the stationery bike and stomach exercises. I think the power walking as well as putting time in between workouts has helped to kick my weight loss in gear. So I'M BACK!
