I gained 40 pounds due to illness. It is ongoing and I have some limitations but I am ready to try to push forward. I was diagnosed with a brain tumor and have been trying to overcome the downfalls for 1 year now. I love to exercise and do up to 3 hours a day when I am well enough. My medications and my episodes get in the way of progress but I have to try. I want my life back!

Baked Gordon's Fish Sticks
If they are breaded then you have to take in to account what the breading is made of since we should stick to whole wheat or grains and stay away from white.

Lady dieters
Hormones tend to change up when you exercise alot. If your body isn't used to exercise it can really affect your periods. I exercise alot and when I do 3 hours a day my periods shorten or stop and start. If this continues see your gyno about having your levels checked. Usually though,it will work itself out over a bit of time if you are eating enough.
