205.8 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 35.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know some people with alot of excuses, hmmmm the SAME EXACT ones I used to make, when they see me now, I know ive done well because now I hear their excuses. (To be honest sometimes I make up some small ones to eat a brownie, or pumpkin bake......mmm pumpkin bake)

Nice drop!! My temptation to allow 'excuses' tends to fall more on the exercise side of the equation vs. food.
