What a disappointing week. I stand behind my reasoning for weighing every day. I didn't this week and look what happened! I relaxed a little and although I accounted for everything I ate, I had to have missed something! I even went hiking Saturday for 2 hours to change things up a bit and came home and ate healthy, but I gained over 2 pounds! I am back to strict dieting this week though. Since I don't celebreate the holidays it isn't that difficult for me to stick to it.
138.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 28.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

perhaps the gain was attributed to muscle gain? i know when i hike especially for 2 hours, next day i have a slight gain. Muscles weighs more than fat , and when you stress your muscles they will also hold water. give it a few days, and keep your spirits up! ;o))make sure your drinking plenty of water as well .

Thanks, I hadn't thought of the muscle gain! I was really hard on myself, but I forgot about the pecans that I was bagging up and I was bound to have eaten a handful and it just slipped my mind. I also fogot that I didn't use fat free cream cheese in the cheesecake because I forgot to buy it and all the dollar store had was regular and that was like 9g of fat per serving. Thank goodness I only had one piece! I also remember reverting back to my old ways, licking the spoon as I was cooking to taste the food for seasoning etc. But i bounced back this week anyway.
