Oh I feel so heavy, I think I gained a 100lbs. That sweet crunchie bar. Those potatoe chips, and my creamy rich coffee. Oh yeah just a few cheesies. Whatever it was good at the time. Today I feel guilty, and what shall I eat??? Food is to nurish my body not destroy it. I'm going to Olds to shop. Again another sunny hot day.
265.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
