I worked out for 4 hours yesterday I guess it helps!
127.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thank you all. Treadmill for two hours, weight training for an hour and Yogo for an hour and a half> once I started loging my food intake and exercise it started working. I was not keeping my carbs and protein in balence. for two months i lost nothing!
