WTF?? Even the html isn't working, the font remains the same size. 1500+ calories yesterday and I've gained 1.2 lbs! I'm beyond discouraged. It isn't leftover weight from the day before yesterday because I didn't eat that much then. I'm running out of clothes & damned if I'm going to buy fat clothes. I'll stop eating before then. I'm so disappointed that there are tears. I feel like I put most of my money into buying a car, and the car was a lemon. Or I paid for a package vacation, including airfare, got too sick to go, and it's all nonrefundable.
168.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

what type of diet are you on? Maybe you need to switch up what you are eating.

I feel the same as you sometimes. It's just water and it will even out eventually. In the meantime, UGH! So frustrating!

drink lots of water. I've been on a diet for over a year, I've lost 94 lbs and have been going to weekly support meetings and EVERY time I didn't lose wt or I gained chances were that I didn't drink enough water that week. For some reason (it just goes in one ear and out the other) the instructors say that being dehydrated causes weight gain. I have gained back 12 pounds that I'm trying to lose again so I know the frustration of going in there and being good all week but that stupid scale doesn't say I've been good all week. Good Luck.

wow, looks like the html works in the final print, though not as you're typing it. Kind of needed the print to be large so I could see it, not to look like a crazy person to the community. To answer about the food scale: yes, I have a digital scale, used it yesterday for the 1st time, so it's an accurate count. Water? It's a possibility. I don't drink water, just sugar free drinks, like RockStar energy (even when I used to exercise I was pretty tired all the time. Even though I have 1 large and 2 smaller benign masses in my thyroid, tests keep coming back that my thyroid is working as it should, so that's not it), and Wylers sugar free grape drink. Yesterday I drank about a quart of coffee with 1/2 cup of vanilla soy milk, 12 oz of the RockStar, 1/2 cup of water, and approximately 8 oz of the grape drink. Maybe I do need to increase liquid intake. What I'm not doing is exercising, and I'm amazed at how much this might be affecting me. Have been reading about genetic predisposition to obesity. Both my mother and grandmother were obese non-exercisers, with type 2 diabetes. At the very least, I used to walk with my wolfdog. They require a decent amount of exercise, not just 2 blocks in the morning and evening. He died this past April and I haven't gotten another dog because I'm planning a dental touristry visit out of the country for implants. I couldn't leave a new dog alone with family for the duration. This is the most inactive I've ever been, and even going to the gym leaves me exhausted. So I'm going to start walking, even though it feels weird to walk without a dog. I have family in the hospital. I usually drive the 4.1 miles, but today I'm going to walk it. It's probably a longer distance since I can't walk the highway, but I used to walk more than that, and there's always a failsafe of calling a cab.

So much for walking to the hospital, the patient came home today, 2 days early. So I guess I'll go to the gym
