northernmusician's Journal, 15 September 2015

The plan will be to hit 190 and then cut. That's a stable 190. A month at Christmas for a 1 month bulk to stay in control, and then the cut down to 10% body fat, with the odd week or two with slight excess calories to keep the hormonal system rockin' properly. That should be around April. Have the spreadsheet all set up. ;)
188.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sounds like a good plan. How are your new "toys" working out?

Love it. It's so simple now. I just have to make sure I do a weekly cleaning. Some idiot has this tendency not to put away his weights. :|

I hate it when I'm right, and I'm still wrong. :)

Come and clean my Kettlebells when you are done. Most of them are gathering dust as door stoppers ;)

I would love to be at 10% body fat - an absolute machine! Sadly, I'm at 24.0%. I'm realistically aiming for 19% at 125 lbs. on my 5'5" frame. Congrats on accomplishing total behavioral control over your body (and mind).

Thanks you guys. Schmetterlinge. That's all I think kettlebells are good for. Hate to say it. Know I'll draw some fire. Just me. I've never liked them, though, I've never given them a chance.

That's ok. We are all entitled to our opinions :). I just want to use them again as I think they are awesome. I have used them a lot in the past and will again once I am fixed.
