I went up 2 pounds...not sure what the hell happened there since i was walking and trying to watch my diet pretty closely. Though the weekend did come and I had guests so maybe that's what happened. But I'm going to document this fatassery so I can keep shit straight. I'm almost at 180... this is really bad... my ultimate fattest was 185 at one point in my life... WTF...
179.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
