On well, now I am not a happy camper. I thought I would have lost a pound or two, not gained Two pounds. I have to start walking to jump start a loss. It has been too hot in Oklahoma to walk, so I will have to walk the mall. I hate shopping so that is'nt a problem. We'll see how it goes next Sunday when I weigh in.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Hi Hathor43 I find that if I eat more vegetable dishes for lunch and supper it helps me. I also try to use hardly any salt like Mrs. Dash original seasoning. I'm sure you will do better next time!

Back again Hathor43 Walking does help a lot. I mall walk too because it is too hot outside.
