It's all good. Ive gained 20 lbs. over the past 5 months. However, my bodyfat has only gone up 2-3%. I think its about time I start shooting for 165 again and see what happens. Should be fun.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

More or less. I continued to lift 5 days per week and stopped tracking my food. I ate pretty loosely but still made sure I got 180-200g of protein in every day. Got really strong and filled out my t-shirts a lot better but I also gained a little bit of chub in the midsection. should be good again by winter I'm hoping.

So what's your % Now? I'd say shoot for about 12 and forget the weigh scale.

started around 14-15% by pinch test. now I'm at around 16-18%. I give a range because I'm no pro with the calipers and that's the range I get over several pinches. Electronic scale told me 17.8% this morning. Plan on shooting for 10% this time around. Hunting season is right around the corner so I think I will get there.

During the fall and winter I am able to boycott factory farming of meat (which I thoroughly detest) by hunting for deer, duck, goose, and turkey. If I could legally hunt year-round I would, because I cant stand the idea of eating animals that are raised specifically to be butchered and fed to the consumer. At least when I am hunting it is more of a natural setting of predator and prey, and the animal actually has a chance to outsmart or evade me, just like nature was meant to operate.
