Yes. I gained a pound in 3 days.... or so the scale says. No problem. I am back on track and as determined as ever to not only get down to 134 but to stay there too. So.... here goes! Keep the faith people. Don't ever give up. When you give up, you will surely not reach your goal. It may just take longer than you had hoped, but you can and will do it if you keep trying.
137.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
