its just a fluctuation we are women hence unexplainable . Don't worry March on Soldier .

Don't worry too much about a pound or two. Now 5 or more pounds, I'd reevaluate things but 1-3 pounds fluctuation is normal for a bunch of different reasons. Sometimes we are the hardest on ourselves, but don't be. You are doing great! Keep going in the right direction as you said and you'll see changes before you know it. :)
