Bleh, coming up on TOM as well as some med changes so I am sure I will gain a bit this week. New brace is working nicely, I can get around better though.

My foods been all over the place but I have had deficits every day( though not always by much lol). I am so proud of my kids and how they are helping out.

Seems like y'all are doing well and enjoying your summertime. Hugs to all of you, enjoy life!

Glad you are getting around better. You will do fine, just adjust a bit if those new meds cause any issues. I'm thankful mine have been pretty steady for about a year.
