YEA 41 pounds GONE!! I can't believe it...why didn't I do this sooner?? Oh well no looking back! Think I deserve a pedicure for making this goal!

Can't wait till I make it to my goal weight. Going to try and make it by Christmas - that would be an awesome gift to myself.

Dr followup appointment in 3 weeks - really looking forward to my results.

Start my exercise plan..AGAIN!!
Now that my foot is better...start walking
176.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
