yesterday was my birthday and I have pizza and then had mcdonald's meal. That was a very bad for me and I gained weight. So I will never have fast food.
273.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 73.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Dont cut fast food out completely unless it is something you can do for the rest of your life. I dont think you needed the double quarter pounder....maybe just a regular quarter pounder and medium fries. That would have saved you about 400 calories. I love some Mcdonalds and I use to get the large fries and a quarter pounder so that was a 1010 calorie meal right there. I still love fast food, but now when I go I get kids meals. At McDonalds a Cheeseburger kids meal with fries is only 530 calories (I get diet soda) I still get the taste of McDonalds that I love but since the meal is WAY smaller I dont feel guilty about eating it and I can work it into my diet. For even less calories a 4 piece chicken nugget kids meal has like 420 calories (with a diet soda) Another thing I do is when I have my free day, like yesterday I will let myself get the quarter pounder because I love it but I dont get it large size like I use to because large fries have 500 calories and a medium fry has only 360. Its all about making changes you can live with for the rest of your life and dont beat yourself up about yesterday, after all it was your birthday! Happy Belated Birthday! (BTW I use to work at little caesars when I was in highschool and college and the pizza is less greasy and better for you than a lot of pizza places because instead of spraying pans with oil to keep the pizza from sticking to the pan they use cornmeal)
