Happy “Way Back Wednesday”. It looks like both the boy and I have made some “face gains” over the last few years.

Eat something good and don’t forget to stay hydrated! 💦
170.2 lb Lost so far: 69.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
