omg, you restarted your weight loss. Instead of saying you lost 41 lbs so far, it says 1 lb. Anyway, you are doing marvelous, no matter what the number says. So proud of you!

I am below my original goal of 175 for one thing and have dropped it( my new goal) quite a bit. My foot is still bothering me and I am unable to shop so much and fruits and veggies are abundant now so I am eating more like I used to, definitely not low carb lol but well within my RDI. Really I was hoping to get through this month without a gain but I am just not hungry at all, likely from meds. I gave up coffee on drs orders as well so I had been having some headaches. Sooo all that and continuing to weight train a little...voila..little losses.

Hang in there....you are doing great and once you are healed...you will be a force to be reckoned with....setting a new goal is smart. I probably should have just set smaller goals that were more attainable than one large goal which seems far away at the moment. Hope you are feeling better soon....

I was much easier to look at a loss of 40 pounds than one of 80 Gwen. I got too discouraged and really didn't think I could do it. But now I have passed the halfway I think maybe I can lol.

So I should set goals that are easier to achieve than set a bar so high that I might get discouraged
