And now we go down… definitely the non exercise day is not good for me. Even if it’s just one day.
147.2 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

@jen l love to workout but sometimes I just don’t wanna move. My h guy pal is really to work out ever day cause in the end I tint but I definitely do more than if I targeted less

Ugh… I hate that this app doesn’t let me edit. I just saw what I wrote and my thumbs were all over the place. It should have said my goal is and I don’t or can’t
