My cholesterol daily is over 500mg on average. Looking closer it is the egg yolks I love so much. By taking the yolks out I’m looking at 400mg/day less cholesterol. It’s a sacrifice but ultimately needs to be done. I’ll talk to my doctor about this discovery and try to get off fenofibrate. It causes liver problems down the road. I’m still drinking less than 5 drinks per week on average. Weight is going back to under 190 now.
191.2 lb Lost so far: 22.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I only eat the whites and unless they are deviled. Seldom eat yolks otherwise except in cooking when needed.
