A little dive this weekend because of social stuff, sticking 98% to the plan, it will be a good week. (The gain is probably water, didn't have enough water yesterday)
229.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 34.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
