Officially dropped 40lbs since the start of my diet in mid May. I'm almost at my goal of abs showing, as they are lurking just beneath the surface now! My body fat measurement will be done tomorrow, so I will update that as soon as I find out, my guess is around 12%. If it is any lower than that, than my body composition is just not set up to be sporting abs haha

To follow up I am at 13% body fat as of today =) I am sorta relieved it wasn't lower, since it means abs might not be so impossible to achieve. I'm not too worried about it though until the spring, for now, it is all about adding lean mass! I'd like to be sitting at the same body fat and weigh around 235 - 240 by Christmas. That is the new goal!
