I am working my way down from 174 lbs on my 5'6" frame. I'm 30 years old.

I am happily married to my high school sweetheart and we have two kids, a son age 6 and a daughter age 4. I'm a stay at home mom who took care of everyone else except herself. My oldest son has autism, so there are a lot of stresses that come with having a child with a disability. It's a learning process all around. I'm learning to take care of myself, which allows me to take better care of my family.

I also enjoy working out. I take a small group personal training class once a week. I also try to do zumba once a week and do some at home weight training with videos.
