Might be a fluke or maybe the 200.8 pounds was the fluke. Managed to hover around 1600 cal yesterday. I’m going to buy a big cookie, but I’m going to cut it in half and give the other half to my grandniece.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
