does anyone have any good alternatives to chips? I've been trying to do some popcorn...
158.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I do airpop in a microwave popper, spray with great value butter spray in layers sprinkled with everything bagel seasoning and red pepper flakes in each layer.

Kale chips are great.

I use plantain chips. It’s not perfect but there are some that are quite low in calories, and they replicate the crunch nicely.

Zucchini chips in the microwave are good— nice and crunchy. If you have an air fryer that might be good too.

Flavored Rice cakes, Veggie Straws or Baked Lay's chips. I portion them into snack bags. NEVER EVER eat from the bag! That will become a serving size!

quest protein chips. yummy and 19 grams of protein in a 1.1 oz bag. only 140 calories. lots of different flavors too

Mission tomato basil zero carb tortilla air fried make a great chip, I also use zero carb wheat tortilla for variety goes great with salsas.
