Our muscles hold on to extra water during the repair period so when you exercise regularly your weight will fluctuate - try weighing on your off day or later in the day. Good Luck!

So many things can effect our weight and it could be water retention. Just a suggestion - It would be very helpful to log your food in your journal. Unless we keep track of it carefully there's no way to be truly accurate in our calorie intake or what our mix of fat/carbs/proteins are. Exercise is important but the biggest factor is what we're eating and making sure it's fewer calories than we're expending.

Yes, new exercise usually means water retention in muscles masking our losses (and sometimes temporary gains). Google "why the scale lies" for insight. It's a good article.
