They had me do Take-off this week, which was good because I wasn't used to much food anyway after doing the plateau breaker. Have been really trying but haven't got in my walking due to it being 90+ degrees every evening.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week

what is the plateau breaker.. i have never heard of it.. and how did the take off work out for you. you seem to be doing great 2.3 lb`s a week is awesome!

Keep up the good work, I am doing Take off as well, yesterday and today, I weigh in tomorrow and will let you know how it goes. Take care and keep up the good work.

The plateau breaker is: Drink 120 oz of water for 2 days while eating the 6 oz of protein ( 2 oz each meal) and unlimited green vegetables; then you drink 80 oz of water for the next 3 days while eating the same 6 oz of protein and unlimited green vegetables. You can have your 2 bars each day, just have 1/2 bar 4 times a day.

That is like doing TO for five days, I don't know if I can do that one but will try.
