Today was a good day, especially after last week. I gained 1 1/2 lbs last week and they had me do the 5 day flush (which is drinking a lot of water). I have been miserable with a head cold so it was easy to forget food (can't taste anything). I started back on my walks again and this week I was down 3 lbs and 4 oz. Hope it stays good and I hope everyone is doing well also.

still to go: 76.0 lb

No weight loss this week, just held my own. I did poorly with my exercise this week. I didn't walk every night like I usually do. I did have them measure me since it hasn't been done since I started. I am down 17 inches. WOW am I pumped now. This may be what I need to get back on track.

They had me do Take-off this week, which was good because I wasn't used to much food anyway after doing the plateau breaker. Have been really trying but haven't got in my walking due to it being 90+ degrees every evening.

Feeling much better this week, did the plateau breaker and lost 3+ pounds. I am back on track now.
