well, in the past two weeks I have put over 100 miles on my mountain bike. I was actually down as low as 207 a week ago but had bean with dinner and the weight shot back up quickly, I also seem to be retaining water so that could be where some of the weight is coming from
211.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
