almost lost a kilo this week! pretty stoked! weight loss has slowed now that I've dropped around 30kg in total. just 5kg to go now til I'm in normal weight range!!! :)
207.7 lb Lost so far: 52.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
