I will take a no gain, I was feeling better last week and went over my cals every bloody day, I need to keep an eye on that or I will creep back up, I over did it yesterday who would of thought going to the farmers market in the morning then a two hour homeopathy seminar in the afternoon would write me off, around 6pm I got the shakes then by 7pm I was out for the count for 13 odd hours. This whole post opp thing is nuts, I am young, well young ish and fit, well I was until a month ago, crazy! Keep slaying those dragons folks remember #winningwithsmallvictories xx
247.4 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
