I thought my back had been getting better, but it got way worse over the weekend, really painful to bend over. Called the doctor this morning and got in for an appointment just a few hours later thankfully. Got some medications, and I'm going to continue ice and heat, and I'm going to pause my usual workouts until it gets better. I will still go for walks, but no weights. I took a nap this morning because I slept terribly last night. Meds should make it easier to sleep tonight.
