I think I will look for this book. My husband and I started Weight Watchers 5 weeks ago, and WW has a donate food thing going, but my husband found out that WW then donates all *OUR DONATED FOOD* off under the WW corporate name and takes it off THEIR taxes as a charitable item. So after we weigh in, we bring something to a local shelter. Sometimes we pick up cans of coffee,or bring new undershirts and socks and just donate ourselves. And we are starting to take out our winter clothes and deciding to donate some of our too big clothes and coats next. If we don't keep the "fat clothes" around, we won't be able to slide back into them in the future! Robin C. Anchorage, AK
