WOW - What a blast from the past. I received a message from Fat Secret today, I haven't been here since 2015!

So much has changed. After an injury stopped me from running and hiking, and took nearly three years to recover from, I invested in a Peloton and haven't looked back.

I finally lost the weight and was able to move on to building muscle and changing my body for GOOD. I'm wearing clothes I would have never fit into when I was in HIGH SCHOOL. (Down 6 SIZES!)

It's taken time - I'm almost two and a half years into this. The last six months have been the most intense, I'm focused and dedicated.

AND - Just want to add, I AM 54 YEARS OLD. You CAN DO THIS!
