weight in today. more than makes for not losing weight last week (so effectively this loss took two weeks which is great) so close now to my goal! :) just 6-7 more weeks at this rate!!!
210.8 lb Lost so far: 49.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
