Decided to bring down the goal to 182.0 and see how my new exercise program of walking briskly 3-5 miles a day works. Golf ⛳️ is around the corner.
186.5 lb Lost so far: 27.5 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Lol, 😃 enjoy your golfing. Papa loved golf! But where your sunscreen 0.o you may by beautiful golden but we want you around for many more..."circuits" (not sure if that's what a golf season is called but you know what I mean).
