I dont know how i gain weight, maybe it is water water weight.
273.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 73.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

if you have scale yourself and the weight show up more as before and you know that all what you are doing is under the rules of healthy eating and losing weight, they are still some exceptions why the scale is showing up bit more. 1. day before you have eaten something more salty and salt is keeping water (as u said) in the body 2.(i have no idea if u are male or female) if female and not in menopause, also the gain weight can be caused by period or coming period. 3. if you are excercising - muscles have higher weight than fat .... 4. if you are eating less as it is recommended by healthy eating, your body start to save ALL income energy (hope i helped :)

Try a body composition scale so that you know for sure. It may be muscle or water.
