minor gain this week. did treat myself a little bit over the weekend not too excessive though. I would say it is likely that this could just be a slight rebound from having quite a few carbs on the weekend. hoping to see a solid loss next week to keep myself on target to hit my goal end of April.
214.3 lb Lost so far: 45.9 lb.    Still to go: 18.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
