wow I'm shedding weight fast. surely one of these weeks I'll have a bounce back, hopefully not for another couple weeks tho! At this rate I'll need to start adding weight training soon.
217.2 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
