Did well thanks to my challenges. 12lbs in 6 weeks and no food after 8pm.
Just reviewed my weight history and sadly I have been between 159 and 166lbs for the two years. Really now that i think about it I have been that weight since loosing the baby weight of 25lbs after i had my daughter. I have to stay consistant so that I can reach my goal weight.
