Well I finally jumped on to see the damage, lucky my inners must have weighed a bit! Back in the land of accountability and sunshine, still slow and sore but on the mend. I jumped on the scales this morning and almost cried 245, how can I more than double in weight in a few short weeks??? Then looked a little closer someone had changed it to pounds, I changed it back to kgs and crisis averted. I ordered a spice and coffee grinder on my fly buys points, I love a new gadget especially when it's free and last night I successfully made coconut butter!! Woop woop no more being robbed at the store, right im off to find someone who wants to put my washing on the line for me, I feel a facebook plead coming on, good luck with those dragons xx
248.2 lb Lost so far: 29.1 lb.    Still to go: 60.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
