Seems lots of water helps flush out the salt. But I feel like I’m waterlogged.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I use a blend of KCl potassium chloride and NaCl sodium chloride. Check with your doctor. This lowers blood pressure and the potassium salt helps the kidneys get rid of excess sodium.
