This is the last day of phase 1. I weighed myself today and am down 7lbs.(Yeah) I didn't find it hard to follow at all. The only thing I cheated on is coffee, I found it hard to give up my morning coffee, but otherwise the plan was very easy. I am looking forward to having some fish and lean meats.
