Stayed the same which is a good thing. Since Halloween I have not been following the diet 100%, I have had cheats here and there, it started with some halloween candy and dining out on the weekends. Well, now that I got the cheating aspect out of my system (hopefully) next week should be a better week for me because I have a wedding to go to over the weekend and I would like to loose another 2 pounds by then.

I am surprised that the scale went down a pound because I indulged in some halloween candy and then I could not stop eating the wrong foods. I guess because I drank extra water and tea with lemon for bloatiness.

Wow I can't believe I finally broke the 150 mark. Last night I broke down and had pizza for dinner. I hope that one nignt of cheating doesnt effect all my hard work.
