Back in the saddle and trying again. Health issues, medication and bad eating habits really took me down that dark road. Starting from scratch and leaving profile pic to remind me of how well I did before and hoping it sparks inspiration to keep pushing.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
