Fluctuations happen. If you are doing the right things, keep doing them! It’ll pass in a day or 3. This is why I try to focus on the trend rather than the specific number. If I were too focused on the specific number, I’d be a sad dad after this weekend’s effort and the gym and consistency with my nutrition. Not what I was expecting at all. I did push some good weigh this week in the gym though. So that is the only weight number I will concern myself with today. Happy Sunday, y’all! 🤠
170.5 lb Lost so far: 69.5 lb.    Still to go: 15.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
